Information on this site

We describe our services as accurately as we can, but the content on this site is general information rather than a binding offer. Every property is different, and the scope of any job is set by the written estimate we give you — not by the descriptions on this website.

Photographs used on this site are illustrative unless they are explicitly identified as our own project photography.

Estimates and quotations

Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a contract. It is an invitation for us to look at the work and prepare a quotation for you.

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A written estimate sets out the scope, the preparation included, and the expected timeline. Work begins only once you accept it.

If we discover something during the work that was not visible at the estimate — hidden water damage or rot, for example — we will stop, tell you, and agree any change in writing before continuing.

The 20% offer

Leave us a positive review on our website and get 20% off the total invoice of your next project. Available to all customers.

The discount applies to the total invoice of a subsequent project and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or withdraw this offer for future projects, but never for work already agreed with you.

Scheduling and access

Scheduled dates depend on weather and on the previous job finishing on time, which matters for exterior work in Central Florida. We will tell you as early as we can if a date needs to move.

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to tell us about anything on site we should know about, including pets, alarm systems and areas we should not enter.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written estimate and agreed before work starts. Any deposit, staged payment or final balance will be stated there.

Website use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to enquire about our services. You may not copy our text, images or branding for use elsewhere without our permission.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-party tools

Our estimate form, chat and review widgets and the embedded map are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those services.

Language

This site is available in English and Spanish. The Spanish text is provided for your convenience; where the two versions differ, the English version of these terms is the operative one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you request an estimate is the version that applies.
